James was previously based in the UAE for 6 years, implementing regional sales strategies within the Middle East, Africa, and India.

Craig has more than 25 years of experience building and exiting successful Tech companies. Craig previously stood as CEO of a $40 million IT Services company before co-founding Solution Q with myCaribou co-CEO Brad Robbins. After Solution Q’s acquisition by Upland Software in 2014, Craig worked with Upland Software as a Senior VP until November 2016, when he resumed entrepreneurial work as a SaaS advisor and consultant.
